Egypt for ending the sufferings of the Iraqi people

Egypt's foreign minister Amr Moussa has stressed that there is a great need to lift the sanctions imposed on Iraq and to end the sufferings of the Iraqi people resulted as a result of the embargo imposed on it since 1990.
In statements he made in Cairo on Monday Moussa explained there is an Arab move on the international level to suspend the sanctions imposed on Iraq.
Concerning negotiations and current contacts between the Palestinian government and Israel, Moussa noted that these negotiations are still standstill. He noted that the region, will witness intensive contacts next week concerning the peace process on all tracks.
