Morocco: privatizing the communication company

It has been officially decided releasing privatizing Morocco Communication Company on the 3rd of the coming month after a series of political and technical delaying, which lasted few months.

A statement from the royal palace said that king Mohammed the 6th discussed the subject and it was attended by his advisors as well as members of the government and that the king gave his instructions that the operation must take place in the best circumstances and in clear atmosphere.

The declaration will take place on 3rd of coming month about an international bid to receive offers to purchase 35% of the shares of Morocco communication company that is owned by the country and that Jamali Morgan Bank, the Public bank and the British experience bureau 'T.C.L' will handle the legal side.

Three European companies are competing for 35% of the capital of 'Morocco Communication when the company S.B.C communications from the U.S retreated and the German company Deutch Telecom withdraw.

The three European companies are Italy Telecom, France Telecom and Figandi Holding.
