Morocco's foreign minister meets peers in New York

Moroccan foreign minister, Mohamed Benaissa, who is attending the UN General Assembly held at the UN head offices meetings with several heads of delegations and for the first time, newly-appointed Algerian foreign minister, Abdelaziz Belkadem in the presence of heads of the two north African countries' missions at the world body. He also held separate talks with US secretary of state, Madeleine Albright and the European Union special envoy for the Middle East, Miguel Moratinos.
He also reviewed with Peruvian and Indian foreign ministers, Fernando De Trazegnies and Jaswant Singh, bilateral cooperation.
