Morocco wins world women bowling championships

Morocco on Sunday won the world's women bowling championships, held September 8-10 in France with 35 nations participating. The Moroccans won the title after a narrow victory in the final over the host country, France, 13-12.
On their way to the title, the Moroccans defeated Norway 13-8, the Czech Republic 13-7 and Switzerland 13-1.
