Palestinian central council delays declaring a Palestinian state

The Palestinian central council decided on delaying the declaration of their independent country and members of the council will convene once more before 15th of coming November to discuss the issue while arrangements of the country's restoration will be continued.

November the 15th coincides with the anniversary of the symbolic declaration of the Palestinian country in Algeria, which took place 22 years ago.

A Palestinian officials said "we are ready to grant peace another chance."

A spokesman of the Israeli Prime Minister depicted the decision of being a positive step.

The sources said "Arafat said to the participants that new intensive negotiations with the Israelis are to begin later in the current week."

The central council assigned the executive committee of the Palestinian Liberation Organization and head of the national and legislative council to work on embodying the domination of the Palestinian country during the coming period without setting a new date for this embodiment and presenting a request for Palestine's membership to United Nations.
