European experts note President al-Assad's efforts to make of Syria Japan of the Middle East

The Paris- based weekly al-Muharrir news said in its Friday's issue that views of European businessmen and experts meet on the point focusing on President Bashar al-Assad intention to convert Syria within years into " A Middle East Japan."
The paper added, according to one senior businessman that since he assumed power in Syria, President al-Assad has been concentrating on formulating human cadres of high efficiency to readjust the Syrian economy and that he is determinant to make of Syria an example to be followed.
The advisor at the European Commission Jacque Voienne said that information coming from Damascus stress that Syria owns all potentials to proceed towards a balanced future economy.
