Improving transparency of securities market

In an effort to improve transparency, Algeria is implementing rules that "any change or important fact susceptible of exerting a significant influence on the prices of securities" of companies "is to be immediately is to be released by the enterprise quoted on the stock market called issuer," APS reported.
