An urgent Arab summit to be held in November

The United Arab Emirates UAE daily al-Bayan issued in Abu Dhabi quoted sources which it described as " special" as saying that the Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak is preparing to extend the invitation for the Arab leaders to the special summit to be held in November.
