Tareq Aziz visits Moscow on coming Tuesday

Tareq Aziz, the Iraqi deputy Prime Minister is due to head to Russia in a political assignment during which he will meet the Russian president Vlademir Putin and the foreign minister as well as the high ranking officials.
Iraqi sources in Cairo told ArabicNews that Aziz would discuss in Russia lifting up the imposed sanctions on Iraq and the U.S and U.K military strikes against Iraq.
The sources added that Aziz will discuss new proposals on the sanctions and Russia's stances in the security council as well as the necessity of the Russian confronting to any U.S attempts to vote in the UN Security Council for the resolutions of continuing the imposed sanctions on Iraq.
