Libyan foreign minister in Moscow on July 30th

Russian diplomatic sources in Cairo said that the Libyan foreign minister Abd El-Rahman Shalkam will make a historical visit to Moscow that takes 4 days
It is worthy to mention that Abd El-Rahman Shalkam is the first Libyan foreign minister that visits Moscow.
It is also worthy to mention that Russia resumed its diplomatic relations and military cooperation with Libyan on May the 9th 1999 after halting the international sanctions that were imposed by the UN Security Council on Libya in 1992 due to Lockerbie accident.
