Palestinian student wins UNESCO best poster prize

The UNESCO prize for the best Palestinian poster for heritage protection was awarded to the Palestinian student Riham El Hour.
The award was handed to the Palestinian laureate by Moroccan minister of higher education, training of executives and scientific research, Najib Zerouali, on behalf of UNESCO director general, at a ceremony held here Thursday.
Zerouali highlighted on the occasion the importance of protecting heritage, especially at the time of globalization, for safeguarding the moral, ethical and civilizational riches of peoples and nations.
Born in the Moroccan city of Kenitra, Riham holds an MA the city's faculty of letters.
