Jordanian King gets a telephone call from Clinton

The Jordanian official news agency Petra said on Thursday that the US President Bill Clinton on Wednesday made a telephone call and informed him on the details of the Camp David summit between the Palestinians and the Israelis.
The agency added that the King thanked Clinton and his government over their efforts to discuss the possibilities of achieving peace in the Middle East. It added that Clinton expressed his hope that the summit will conclude awaiting for results.
Meantime, Saudi Crown Prince Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz received on Wednesday evening a telephone call from the US President Bill Clinton.
The telephone conversation dealt with bilateral relations between the two countries and latest developments on the international arena.
