Palestinian minister Jamil El-Terefi rejected an Israeli proposal that Israel delivers nearly 95% of the West Bank's lands in return of the Palestinian government's consent that Jerusalem remains under the Israeli domination in the final peace agreement, assuring that Israel must give back the whole West Bank including eastern Jerusalem. He added "neither the Palestinian people nor the Arab and the Islamic nations accept giving up at any price Jerusalem, and that the history, people and time will denounce us if we made any concessions." In an interview with the US New York Daily News Yesterday, US President Bill Clinton said "I'm more optimistic than I was when they got here. This is really important. We might make it. I don't know. The Moroccan national airport office (ONDA) has opened a press bureau at the Mohammed V airport to facilitate the work of Moroccan and foreign journalists and to provide accurate information. The bureau is equipped with a telephone, a fax and a printer and will be soon equipped with a computer connected to internet to enable journalists get information on different sectors especially tourism and economy. The armed forces in Algeria have committed a new crime during which 13 citizens were killed and others were wounded in Teibaza province, 70 Km from the capital Algiers. The Algerian daily al-Bilaad said on Monday that the massacre took place between the towns of Jahout and al-Nazour, where the gunmen implanted a fake barrier and stopped two cars and then killed their passengers.
