Mohamed El Fassi 1999 prize shared by Moroccan and French searchers

The Francophone research prize for 1999, named Mohammed El Fassi prize, was shared between Moroccan Hassan Chlyah and French Emmanuel Picard.
The 1999 prize was devoted to research in agronomy related fields.
The prize awarding ceremony was held recently in the French city of Montpellier by the Francophony University Agency.
