The Pope hopes to visit Syria

The spokesman for the Vatican Jawakin Navaro Fals has announced on Sunday that Pope John Paul II hopes to head for Greece and Syria, but no certain projects he has to this effect. AFP quoted Navaro Fals as saying that the Pope thinks and hopes to head to Syria and Greece to walk on Athens the same foot-step of Saint Paul, but nothing has been decided yet, SANA reported.
