On the Kuwaiti artillery deal from the US

Kuwait's Minister of Defense Sheikh Salem al-Sabah on Friday stressed to the Kuwaiti daily al-Anbaa that his country's purchase of US Bladine artillery deal will not take place without the consent of the Nation's council (parliament), SANA reported.
The Kuwaiti minister announced that the ministry of defense will not sign the deal unless this deal is approved by the Kuwaiti nation's council. He said that the ministry of defense has not thought for one day to violate the constitutional measures valid concerning such contracts.
