Benaissa to hand in royal message to Clinton

Morocco's foreign affairs and cooperation minister Mohamed Benaissa arrived in Washington Thursday bearing a message from King Mohammed VI to President Bill Clinton.
On the same day, Benaissa met with deputy secretary of state in charge of the Middle-East and South-Asia Edward Walker over bilateral issues and regional and international developments.
The head of Moroccan diplomacy will be flying Friday afternoon to Argentina to deliver a royal message to President Fernando De La Rua and hold talks with Argentine minister of foreign affairs and other top ranking officials.
