An attempt to assassinate Torabi

One of the close leaders to Hassan al-Torabi said that "there was an assassination attempt lately to kill al-Torabi" referring that "it is not the first one (attempt)."
This was said by Tarek Mahgoub in a conference Tuesday in Om Derman that was attended by thousands of the Sudanese, and al-Torabi did not deny the incident.
In his word before the conference, al-Torabi continued his accusation against President Omar El-Bashir and the ruling system in Sudan of being followers of the west.
