El-Baz: Arafat's options in Camp David are limited

Osama El-Baz, the advisor of the Egyptian president for the political affairs assured that the Palestinian President Yasser Arafat is completely limited in the Camp David summit to what the Palestinian people could accept as a minimum limit.
In his meeting with the universities students in the leaders qualification institute in Cairo, he said that the Palestinian negotiator has 3 options. He said these options are reaching an agreement or a disagreement or continuing in the negotiation aiming at improving the available conditions.
He said that the Israelis' consideration to Jerusalem as their perpetual capital is absolutely refused and it is not accepted by Palestinians or non-Palestinians.
