Egyptian economy grows at good rate

US Ambassador in Cairo Daniel-Charles Kurtzer Monday said the Egyptian economy is growing at a very good rate in the global economy.
Addressing a conference on the Egyptian insurance market, the American ambassador stressed the importance of the role, played by the insurance sector in Egypt.
He ascertained the importance of a growing insurance sector in an open and competitive climate in which the private sector is playing a leading role.
But he also stressed the significance of restructuring the insurance sector in Egypt through adopting modern technology, an Egyptian statement said.
