Marrakech gets university hospital

Marrakech will soon get its own school hospital, extending over 70,000 m2 with a capacity of 870 beds for all medical specialties.
The project is set to cost around $ 18 million in medical equipment and $ 23.5 in construction works.
The new hospital will be very useful to the medicine school in the city which started last year, said health minister, Abdelouahed Fassi.
The hospital will be built by the equipment ministry, which is involved for the first time in the construction of such a major health facility.
