Mubarak and Barak discuss the peace process before Camp David summit

The Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak and the Israeli prime minister Ehud Barak held a summit before Barak's heading to the U.S.A to attend a three-way summit that is to held tomorrow in Camp David between him and the Palestinian President Yasser Arafat and U.S President Bill Clinton in an attempt to achieve a progress in the peace negotiations on the Palestinian track.

The Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak emphasized the necessity that any reached agreement during Camp David negotiations between the Palestinian and the Israeli sides must be just and balanced.

Egyptian foreign minister Amr Moussa said that the Israeli "5 Nos" (issues that Israel objects to in the peace process) were discussed today between the Israeli Prime Minister and president Mubarak today.
