Kuwait, Iran for amicable solution to the continental rift issue

Kuwait's first deputy premier and foreign minister Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad has stressed that Iran will not be an obstacle in the "continental rift" negotiations expected to be held between Iran and Kuwait.
In a statement to the Kuwaiti daily al-Rai al-Am issued on Sunday, Sheikh Sabah added " we have felt from the Iranian officials what indicate good intention in this respect."
He explained that this "good intention" is based on the brotherly relations and common principles " linking our two countries, the common interests and the good intention which are all factors which form the main element needed to provide success for any agreement."
