Mubarak meets Arafat and Barak in Alexandria before Camp David summit

Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak is receiving tomorrow Palestinian President Yasser Arafat who is visiting Egypt before heading to Washington to attend the three-way summit that was urged on by the U.S President Bill Clinton and will be attended by Arafat and Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak.
Mubarak is also to receive the day after tomorrow Barak before he heads to the U.S.A to attend the anticipated summit.
Ahmed Raslan, Egypt's ambassador to the Palestinian National Authority said that the Mubarak - Arafat meeting tomorrow comes at a decisive time in the history of the Israeli - Palestinian dispute and it also comes in the course of continuous coordination between Mubarak and Arafat.
Meanwhile, Israeli sources assured that Barak's visit to Cairo comes to call on Egypt's help to stress on Arafat to delay declaring a Palestinian state on September 13 and to wait for the end of coordination and negotiation with Israelis concerning the declaration date.
