Declaring the Palestinian State on the coming September the 13th

Ibrahim Abu Rodinah, advisor of the Palestinian President Yasser Arafat said that Arafat will declare his state on September 13th whether the three-way summit next week succeeds or not. He assured that the Israeli threats regarding this issue express the Israeli domination and confusion in confronting the Palestinian position. He said "these sounds are not peace sounds but the Israeli war drums."
