Yemen to enhance role of journalism in development

Yemen expressed desire to remove obstacles before journalists. Governor Saleh Obad Al-Khowlani, managers of media and journalistic institutions and the journalists attended a ceremony in which journalists were granted credentials. The governor appreciated the efforts of journalists to inform the public about the government saying Yemen is living a new era of reform and construction, especially after solving the borders disputes with neighbors, SABA reported.
Al-Khowlani expressed "strong desire of Aden governorate to facilitate all the difficulties in front of the Journalists Union in Hadhramout," as he honored the journalists, the report said.
