Kuwait rents a refinery in Singapore

Kuwait is intending to rent an area at Singapore's refineries to refine its crude oil after a fire took place and led to the closure of al-Ahmadi port refinery last week. The capacity of al-Ahmadi refinery is estimated at 485,000 barrels every day.
