Palestinians stress the need of establishing the Palestinian state on 1967 territories

Deputy chairman of the Palestinian central council Teiseir Qubaa said that there is a unanimous Palestinian consent inside and outside Palestine to the need of establishing a Palestinian state on the territories occupied in 1967, with Jerusalem as a capital as scheduled on September.
The Palestinian central council resumed its meetings on Monday under the chairmanship of the chairman of the Palestinian authorities Yasser Arafat for two days. Discussions dealt with measures to announce the Palestinian states and files pertaining to refugees, detainees in the Israeli jails and re-deployment in the west Bank according to the third phase as well as the question of the city of Jerusalem.
