Iran hold Israel responsible for kidnapping its diplomats in Lebanon in 1984

The spokesman for the Iranian foreign ministry Hamid Rida Asifi has stated that his country holds Israel responsible for the safety of its four diplomats who were kidnapped on July 4, 1982 in Lebanon by agents of the " Zionist entity."

In a statements released in Tehran on Monday Asifi called on international circles and organizations and all governments to use all available potentials to force Israel to disclose the fate of the diplomats. He stressed that Iran will spare no efforts in order to know the fate of the four diplomats and to return them back to their homeland, SANA reported.
