UN security council welcomes Saudi- Yemeni border agreement

The UN Security Council on Thursday welcomed the agreement reached between Saudi Arabia and Yemen which ended the two countries border disputes which lasted for tens of years.
France ambassador to the UN Jan-Davit Laviette who presides over the UN Security Council for the month of June said in a press statement that members of the UN Security Council consider "the agreement signed between the two countries on June 12 in Jeddah as serving their bilateral interests."
