Arafat asks Israel for third stage redeployment before any summit

The Palestinian President Yasser Arafat emphasized that Israel should carry out the third stage of the Israeli redeployment before convening a three-way summit between Arafat, Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak and U.S President Bill Clinton.
Yasser Abd Rabo, the Palestinian information minister said that we will do our best in the peace process, referring that the peace process is still very stumbled, adding that it is in Israel's good to have a stable Palestinian country following the peace process.
