Iran declares readiness to support Kuwait in reconstructing oil refinery

Iran said it is ready to support Kuwait in reconstructing al-Ahmadi refinery after an accident which forced the shut down of the refinery.
The Kuwaiti petroleum minister acknowledged his responsibility for the accident and presented his resignation to Kuwait's Prince Ahmed El-Sabah, yet, Foreign Minister Sabah El-Ahmed El-Sabah urged the prince not accept this resignation.
On the other hand, a high level official in Kuwait said that the Kuwaiti government deposited 6.6 billion dollars in the reserve fund of the next generation as a result of the improvement in oil prices.
