Ahmed Korea, head of the Palestinian legislative council and head of the negotiating Palestinian delegation in the final status negotiations, negated news that was repeated concerning the declaration of the Palestinian president's intention to resign if the Palestinian - Israeli negotiations remained in their current halt.
He stated that Palestinian President Yasser Arafat intends to fight for his country and people's cause denying any knowledge that the Palestinian - Israeli negotiations will be resumed in Washington after July 4th.
