Clinton, Barak, Arafat to meet in Washington

The Hebrew language Israeli army radio said on Wednesday that the tripartite meeting which includes the US President Bill Clinton, Ehud Barak and Yasser Arafat will be held in Washington by the mid or end of July.

The radio added quoting sources close to the divan of the Israeli prime minister Ehud Barak added that prior to this tripartite meeting one or two round of negotiations will be held between the Israeli and Palestinian sides so as by the ultimate end Israel will announce its consent to implement the third phase for re-deployment but at a time when discussions on the question of the city of Jerusalem will be postpone to a later time, which will not be set in the framework of the expected agreement.
