Albright's tour in Middle East area begins

Madeleine Albright, the U.S secretary of state, began her difficult mission in the Middle East that was prepared for by U.S peace envoy Dennis Ross.
Ehud Barak, the Israeli prime minister, believes that he presented enough concessions to the Palestinians in the secret negotiations between the Palestinians and the Israel, saying he refuses the return of any Palestinian refugees to the Palestinian lands and that Jerusalem's case must be delayed for years.
The Israeli opposition parties refused to withdraw from the coalition if Barak participated in the three-way summit for which Albright is preparing in which Barak - Arafat and the U.S president Bill Clinton would participate.
