Israel investigates Azmi Beshara for praising the Hizbullah party

An Israeli judicial source said that the legal advisor for the Israeli government Elakim Robinshtine on Tuesday order to open investigations against the Israeli-Arab parliament member Azmi Beshara who made statements in which he praised the Lebanese Hizbullah party.
A statement issued by Robinshtine's office said " it was decided to open a police investigations against parliament member Beshara for provoking violence and for his backing of destruction organizations."
The statement said that Robinshtine recommendations, who also assumes the post of the attorney general, were conveyed to the police who has to follow it.
Beshara, who was elected in 1999 as member of the Israeli knesset on top of the Arab list " Bilad" praised in may ' Hizbullah" and considered it as a symbol for the modern Arab world, thanks to its struggle against the Israeli occupation in South Lebanon.
Worthy mentioning that two Arab members at the Israeli Knesset Hashem al-Mahamid and Taleb al-Sane also voiced backing at the Israeli Knesset in may to the " Hizbullah" but no measures were taken against them.
