Jordanian supreme court rejects case on expulsion of Hamas leaders

The Jordanian Supreme court on Monday refused ( formally) the case submitted by the chairman of the Jordanian bar-association Saleh al-Armouti on behalf of the expelled leaders of the Hamas movement Khaled Mashaal, Ibrahim Ghoushe, Sami Khater and Izzat al-Rashq against the decision to expel the four leaders to Qatar.
The refusal of the case " formally" came at the pretext of not ratifying the authority given by the defendants commission and not ratifying it from the Jordanian consul in Qatar where the four men were expelled by the former Jordanian government.
