Palestinian President Yasser Arafat has stressed that he is looking forward to start a new page of relations with Damascus and to maintain cooperation between his government and Syria in all matters of concern to the Palestinian and Syrian peoples, especially the ME peace process. Syrian Information Minister Adnan Omran urged Israel to abandon obstinacy and to apply U.N resolutions concerning the Israeli - Arab dispute. Omran said that Syria adheres to peace that is based on international legitimacy which mean Israel's full withdrawal to 4th of June 1967. Go

Yemen's foreign minister Abdul Qader Bajmal has praised the border demarcation agreement between Yemen and Saudi Arabia. The agreement was approved by the Yemeni parliament on Saturday. Go
