Morocco participates in world children festival in Europe

Some 13 Moroccan children take part in the 1st world children festival held this June 16-25 in Mulhouse (North-East France), Bale (Switzerland) and Fribourg (Germany).
The festival, titled "peace," is meant to be a forum of dialogue and meetings for children to exchange views on the issue of peace in the world and to convey messages of hope and fraternity.
The event, organized by the world children festival association, in cooperation with the UNESCO and the UN, features music concerts, sketches and drawing exhibitions on the theme of peace.
Some 2000 children from all over the world are expected to attend the event.
