40% of Israelis expect not having an agreement with the Palestinians

In a referendum made by the Israeli newspaper Maareef about the possibility of convening an agreement between the Palestinian and the Israeli sides, 17% of the Israelis expected signing the agreement in the coming months, 29% expected violence works, 40% excepted nothing while 14% did not express any opinion.
On the other hand, Yossi Beilin, the Israeli minister of justice stated his readiness to accept the symbolic authority for the Palestinians in the occupied East Jerusalem in the framework of a permanent settlement for the Palestinian - Israeli dispute.
He said if the price of the permanent settlement with the Palestinians was to raise Palestine's flag above Jerusalem sanctuary in the al-Aqsa mosque and Sakhra dome, then he is ready to pay such price.
