Arafat: Israel is getting ready to impose a military solution

Palestinian President Yasser Arafat clarified that this Israeli escalation in public declarations are due to the Israeli government which evades carrying out agreements and that wasted all the exerted efforts for giving success to the peace process and the negotiations, adding that Israel is getting ready military and politically for a clash and to impose a military solution, urging the international community to confront the Israeli challenges.
The Palestinian National Council held a consulting meeting today in Gaza with the participation of Selim El-Zaenoun, head of the council, to prepare for meetings of the central council that will be held on July the 2nd and 3rd in order to discuss declaring the Palestinian state.
