Delaying meeting of Palestinian Central Council

The Palestinian Central Council delayed for 4 days (from June 28) a meeting to prepare for the Palestinian State declaration due to the coming visit of U.S Secretary of States Madeleine Albright to the area, after which Washington might determine the possibility of convening a three-way summit between the Palestinians and Israelis with the participation of the U.S President Bill Clinton.
Palestinian officials said yesterday that the "meeting of the Palestinian Central Council of the Palestinian Liberation Organization whose members are 129 persons will be delayed from its decided date on 28th and of the current to beginning of coming month."
