France presents $ 29.4 million for education, health and water in Palestine

Palestinian minister of the international cooperation and planing Nabeel Shaath said that France and the Palestinian government signed an agreement of nearly 30 million dollars which is 2 times the amount of French aid.

The agreement whose value are 200 million French Francs (29.4 million dollars) covers the education field, cities planing, scientific research, culture, water and the medical equipment.

Shaath said "the aim of the agreement is establishing the independent Palestinian State."

This agreement was ratified amid intensive Palestinian - Israeli negotiations that aim at reaching a final agreement for peace by September 13th to solve in the most difficult problems which are at the core of the dispute including the Palestinian state and Jerusalem.
