Jordanian daily highlights Syrian- Palestinian relations

The Jordanian paper al-Rai al-Am has talked about Syrian- Palestinian relations and their prospects. It said that the new Syrian leadership is in need to maintaining its Arab relations, especially Palestinian relations, as both the Syrian and Israeli sides are in need of withstanding the Israeli intransigence.
In a commentary written on Wednesday by Abdullah al-Hourani, the Jordanian daily added that the new Syrian leadership might find in having progress in the negotiations on the Palestinian track what would encourage it to proceed in its track.
