The first summit for Arab women

The Secretary General of the Arab League AL Esmat Abdul Meguid has announced that the first summit of the Arab woman will be held in Cairo on October 12 and 14 under the patronage of the Arab League.
On Wednesday, the AL chief presided over the first meeting of the preliminary committee for the summit in the presence of representatives for UNESCO and the national council for women in Egypt.
Abdul Meguid said he will send messages to the 22 Arab foreign ministers to inviting them to the summit.
