Israel's FM confers with UN chief on withdrawal from Lebanon

Israel's Foreign Minister David Levy on Wednesday in Tel Aviv met with the secretary general of the UN Kofi Annan. The Israeli radio quoted Levy as saying before the meeting that Israel responds to the UN positively and that Israel had pulled out its forces from South Lebanon according to UN resolution 425, as he claimed.
Earlier, on Wednesday morning Annan arrived in Tel Aviv from Israel through the bridge of the Jordan river in order to meet with the Israeli officials in order to discuss the situation in South Lebanon.
