Libya hosts international conference on energy and desalination

An international conference on energy and water desalination will be held on Wednesday in Tripoli (Libya) with participation of experts of the World Conference on Energy and Desalination, representatives of UNESCO and Libyan universities.
Experts will exchange views on issues related to desalination through the use of economical energy, waste water recycling and renovation of water treatment plants, the Libyan independent daily "Al Shams" said quoting PanAfrican news agency (PANA).
The daily did not mention countries invited to the meeting.
The two-day meeting is organized by the international energy organization in cooperation with the Rabat-based Islamic educational, scientific and cultural organization (ISESCO), the paper added.
