Arab organization for industrial and mining development to convene next ministerial council in saudi arabia

The ministerial council of the Rabat-based Arab Organization for Industrial and Mining Development has decided to hold its 17th session in Saudi Arabia in May 2002 as requested by Saudi King Fahd Ibn Abdelaziz.
The council, which held its 16th session in Rabat this June 10-14, also decided to celebrate the 20th September of every year as the anniversary of the organization, a release of the council said.
