Resuming Palestinian - Israeli negotiations within two days

Palestinian sources assured that negotiations with Israel will be resumed within two days in the area. The sources refused to specify the location of convening it saying that so far there is no positive progress by the Israeli side and that Israel asks for unacceptable procedures.

He said that the U.S envoy in the peace process Denis Ross is to arrive the day after tomorrow in the area to participate in these negotiations and U.S Secretary of State Madeleine Albright is due to arrive the coming Sunday to participate in the negotiations and to discuss the possibility of convening a three-way summit under the auspice of the U.S President Bill Clinton.

The sources added that the Palestinian President Yasser Arafat agreed on delaying the third Israeli withdrawal that was decided on 23rd of current month for two weeks.
