Some 29 Lahd militia members returned back from Israel, surrendered themselves
Lebanon-Israel, Politics, 6/20/2000
An International Red Cross Committee (ICRC) coach on Monday transported 29 Lebanese who had fled to Israel during the withdrawal of the Israeli occupation forces from the Lebanese territories.
Lebanese security sources said that among these are three members of the hireling Lahd militias and their families.
The hirelings surrendered themselves to the Lebanese authorities while the citizens returned back to their homes in the villages of south Lebanon.
The sources indicated that the return back process was made through the Lebanese border crossing of al-Naqoura.
